3. Encapsulation protection system

Aluminum shell+rubber plug: The aluminum shell is pressed and sealed to prevent external impact, and the rubber plug is designed with a pressure reducing valve to suppress internal inflation at a high temperature of 125 ℃.

4. Circuit interface

SMD terminal: Tin plated copper alloy pins are connected to electrode foil through ultrasonic welding, with a contact resistance of less than 1m Ω, suitable for reflow soldering process.

Technical advantages

High volume to volume ratio: Etching the anode increases the surface area by 80 times, and the 10 μ F capacity value only requires a size of 3.2mm × 5.4mm.

High frequency performance: Solid polymer cathode reduces ESR to below 10m Ω, suitable for scenarios such as 5G base station power decoupling.
