circuit board, excessive force should not be used to twist the capacitor leads before welding

c. If you want to remove the welded capacitor, please fully melt the soldering agent before

 disassembling to avoid tension on the terminals of the capacitor end

d. Do not touch the soldering iron with the body of the capacitor

2. Wave soldering

a. Do not immerse the capacitor itself in the soldering solution.

b. The welding conditions (temperature, time, frequency) must be executed according to the 

specified instructions

c. Be careful not to attach solder outside the terminals

3. Reflow soldering (only applicable to surface mount)

a. Please follow the reflow soldering conditions in this product catalog

b. When using infrared heating, please pay attention to the degree of heating, as the infrared 

absorption rate varies with the color and size of the capacitor.

4. After welding the capacitor onto the PC board, do not tilt or twist the capacitor

5. Do not grab the welded capacitor and move it on the PC board

6. Please do not let any objects come into contact with the capacitor after welding. If the PC board

 is stacked and stored, please ensure that the PC board and other components do not come into 

contact with the capacitor. The welded capacitor should not be affected by any thermal radiation

 from the welded PC board or other components.
